Bufu Ikan Ko Ryu Dojo

Sensei Eduard Divantman founded the Bufu Ikan Ko Ryu Dojo (school) in 1995. The dojo primarily focuses on Ninpo Bugei (Ninja fighting arts). Students are guided through a comprehensive program consisting in part of 18 general Samurai arts as well as 18 specialized Ninja arts. The dojo focuses on Taijutsu (unarmed skills), Bojutsu (staff skills), Bikenjutsu (sword skills) and Seishin Teki Kyoyo (moral and spiritual training). In addition students may learn individual Ryu (traditions) Ha (styles), as well as elements from Goshinjutsu (self defence) and Chinese Kenpo (Chinese fist).
The dojo name, “Bufu Ikan Ko Ryu Dojo”, means to understand and follow the natural laws of martial arts with a pure spirit. “Ninpo Bugei” is a general term used when referring to the fighting arts of the Ninja and is not limited to any Ryu Ha.
